Before you can write any code or record macros for Outlook, you need to be able to access the Developer Tab. This is how you turn it on
- Right Click anywhere on the ribbon at the top of Outlook, then select “Customize the Ribbon…”
- Choose the drop down on the right and select “All Tabs”
- Select the “Developer” item and then click the “Add >>” button to move it to the right side.
- Click OK
- Now the Developer tab shows on the ribbon and you can select the Visual Basic editor
